Never do brand advertising. The only time you should do brand advertising is if you do direct response marketing so good, that people in your niche know who you are, and are familiar with your company name. So your brand gets developed and recognized as a “spin off” of you doing very good marketing.

Like I said you don’t have to outsource your internet marketing to a marketing firm offline or online. You can do the marketing yourself, and save yourself thousands of dollars in the process. Start small. Come up with a list of 5 traffic or marketing strategies, and follow them everyday.

Soon you will see your traffic increase, you will see your sales increase, and you will build up your backend income from all of the repeat marketing that you do to the customers that you acquire. Coming up with 5 strategies isn’t hard, you just have to leverage your time to make sure that you can complete all 5 strategies each day.

You should even consider starting your own affiliate program. You could sign up to a site like ClickBank and post your product on there. Soon a lot of affiliates on ClickBank will be promoting your product, and you can earn sales and get backend customers for free. This is very important.

The more affiliates you get, the more likely you are to start getting sales each and everyday. And this is a reality for a lot of people online – and it can be a reality for you too. You could combine ClickBank with Paydotcom, JVzoo, or Commission Junction, and really start getting people to promote your product.
