I’m pretty certain by now you’ve more than likely heard the term referred to as “Funded Proposal Marketing”… Is this correct?

Now you might say what in the world is Funded Proposal Marketing, really? Most importantly, would it be beneficial in your business?

The true fact about this is… You might be surprised to the answers of both those questions!

Since you have more than likely received a lot of misinformation on this subject matter in the past, I’ll set the record straight for you once and for all here in this conversation.

So to begin with, defining the term funded proposal marketing.

It’s quite simple, the term funded proposal marketing is used for describing marketing that pays for itself with no out of pocket expense. For better words, in the marketing course, profit is earned that covers the cost of the actual marketing itself.

Understanding that this can seem a bit confusing, here’s an example: Let’s assume for your network marketing business you want to generate some MLM Leads. You create a campaign for AdWords and your bid is $1.35 per click. You have the traffic directed to your capture page, in which has a 33% opt-in rate. For other words, you will have 1 out 3 people that come to your capture page complete the form (opt-in) and become MLM lead for your business.

In this case that means, each lead that is generated costs you roughly $4.05. ($1.35 x3= $4.05).

Using this example you have 2 options: pay $4.05/per lead from your own pocket, OR add a beneficial step to your marketing efforts that will allow you to recoup your investment of $4.05 cost per MLM lead.

For the obvious fact the smart decision is to input that extra step to your marketing efforts to recoup your expense so that the marketing that your doing can sustain and you won’t run out of funds before generating enough MLM leads for your network marketing business. This is the concept of a funded proposal marketing system, and why it’s so beneficial for you to have in your business.

Now, on the flipside, if you still choose to put to use the “old fashion” prospecting methods for network marketing to grow your business, your network marketing leads will have to be paid out of your own pocket. This will more than likely be in the form of marketing flyers, buying MLM opportunity leads, and product samples. So for the majority of network marketers still using “old fashion” techniques for MLM prospecting, their main goal is trying to recoup their network marketing lead costs if they manage to sponsor at least one of their MLM leads into their organization.

So, knowing the fact that no matter how you go about prospecting for your business, about only 1-3% of your MLM leads are going to end up in your organization.

You see, this means if you don’t have in place a funded proposal marketing plan, you are leaving 97-99% of potential income on the table!

This is why the majority of network marketers end up broke!

So, if you set up a funded proposal marketing system in the right way, you will be able to maximize and earn money from the 97-99% of your MLM leads that will NOT join your organization!

Be sure to be careful! So many network marketers that try to execute a funded proposal marketing plan for their business, wind up getting some crucial pieces wrong, in which brings no results in their marketing efforts!

To make certain that you’re not one of them, I’ll give you a complete “basics” guide to forming together a funded proposal system that wins in your own business!
